Warranty period, Scope, and Conditions
1、Responsible for repairing and replacing equipment with quality issues within one year. After the warranty period expires, the product is responsible for lifelong maintenance.
2、During the warranty period, if the same product or quality issue cannot be used after two consecutive repairs, our company promises to unconditionally replace it with a new product of the same brand and model free of charge.
3、During the warranty period, our company will contact customers irregularly to track and understand their usage
4、After the warranty period expires, if there are any maintenance problems that the user cannot solve, our company promises to dispatch technical personnel to assist the customer in repairing them as soon as possible.
Speed of problem-solving and trouble-shooting
1、During the warranty period, we provide free technical guidance and maintenance services to customers, offering 24/7 service;
2、Upon receiving the repair notice, respond immediately and ensure to arrive at the scene within 24 hours and resolve the issue within 2 working days. Otherwise, a backup machine will be provided
3、If our after-sales personnel cannot arrive at the scene in a timely manner, and the user entrusts other units to repair, the direct costs incurred will be borne by our company.
Training and guidance on equipment usage
Our company will send excellent technical personnel to provide equipment usage training to customers. Free one-on-one training for customer related personnel on operation and maintenance. Hand to hand transmission, assistance, and guidance.
Other commitments regarding after-sales service
During the warranty period, if there are potential defects in the equipment or if it does not meet the technical parameters and requirements provided in the bidding documents, the customer has the right to return or claim compensation.

Customers can apply for on-site guidance from our professional technical personnel during major events every year.
