1. Quality-oriented - We combines the theme of quality every month to hold a huge range of activities, fully promote various measures to promote quality, guide and mobilize the whole company to enhance quality awareness, establish the legal concept of quality, and serve customers with excellent product quality.
2. Reputation First - Reputation is supreme. We don’t allow any behavior that damages the company's reputation. We keep keep our promises and deliver on our promises to the public and society, continuing to provide high-quality products and services.
3.Continuous Improvement - The goal of each department of MHG is continuous improvement of products, production processes and systems. We focus on continuously improving their effectiveness and efficiency and strictly follow the PDCA(Plan, Do, Check and Action) cycle based on process control.

二. Strict quality control process
1.We strictly follow the ISO9001 international quality management system. All products have to pass the strict raw material inspection, semi-finished product inspection and finished product inspection. Their pass rate reaches 100%. The product repair rate is < 0.5% of the annual production output. The customer satisfaction rate reaches > 85%.
